This is one happy girl, lounging and soaking up the love in her foster home!
Phoebe was abandoned and living outside when she was rescued in the fall, and she has been patiently waiting for the right person to come along and fall in love with her (and only her - she's not big on sharing attention!)
In the meantime, she is clearly enjoying life as a spoiled little foster cat!
