This little cutie-pie is Layla, a snuggly 6-month old female who was was rescued by a kind family that lives near one of our feeding stations in North Central. They noticed she'd been hanging around stray for a while and appears to have been abandoned.
This lovely tortie-tabby girl was quickly named "Ice-Cream" by the young child in the home as her pretty colours reminded the little girl of her favourite sweet treat! Come to think of it, she does sort of remind me of vanilla-caramel swirl!
"Ice-Cream" has now been re-named Layla but remains just as sweet as her original name. She is spayed and safe in foster care and will be listed for adoption shortly.
