An Early Christmas Present for Edsel (and PFA)!

A few weeks ago I wrote about Edsel, an 18 year old cat who had been abandoned at a boarding facility and was stressed and unhappy to be suddenly living life in a cage.

We were pretty thrilled when a kind PFA member and supporter agreed to foster Edsel for us, but not nearly as thrilled as Edsel was to be out of the kennel and into a cozy home where she is getting lots of attention and affection!

Edsel's foster "mom" says that Edsel has settled in nicely and is eating well and lapping up the attention she gets from her foster mom and dad. She especially loves to cuddle up in bed with them at night.

We are so happy to see Edsel thriving in foster care, and so grateful to her wonderful foster mom, Katherine, and her family, for giving Edsel a second chance at a happy home life.

We couldn't have asked for a better Christmas gift for a rescued cat.
